The driver weighs it at your pickup location before it leaves - one load is up to 6kg - and counts every item with you, so nothing goes missing quietly.
On the next pickup day the same driver hands you your clean, folded clothes and takes away the next bag. One visit does both, so you never wait in twice.
Every area runs on the same three days — Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Here is one cycle; a Thursday pickup comes back on Saturday the same way.

About a week of clothes for two people - say 15 T-shirts, 4 pairs of jeans, and a week of underwear and socks. You never have to guess: the driver weighs your bag at the pickup location before it leaves, so the weight is confirmed with you there. Anything over 6kg is a second load, charged at ₦6,000 — you will know before we take it, never after.
Added on top of a load, priced per item and returned on hangers. Everything else - duvets, bedsheets, curtains - goes in a load like the rest of your washing.

We would rather serve a street properly than a city badly. Everything here is built around that.
